We had a serious water leak at the Customer valve on the main line, revealed by an extremely high water bill. It was right after the deep freeze and freezing rain, and when we went out to the box, it was completely submerged. The first plumber we called cancelled after his scheduled arrival time due to weather. We called Evan from Precision Plumbers and he happily scheduled someone to come out the next day first thing in the morning. When Josh arrived, he was friendly and professional, quickly getting to work and explaining to my husband what he was doing while he was doing it. I went back inside to work and a short time later was instructed to turn on the faucets to check the lines. A great experience all around. Customer service is excellent and price is absolutely reasonable and in line with what one should expect. Will use them again if needed!

We needed to update a space for a washer and dryer and in our new home and Josh did a terrific job. He communicated well, was polite and respectful. He cleaned up after himself and even observed our no shoes in the main part of the house. He was patient with questions and even came back when we weren’t sure if the washer was working or not. The price was fair and we were relieved and happy to have the space updated and ready to use. We will definitely call on Precision Plumbing again!

Two professionals showed up at my house. Did an excellent job communicating what they were planning on doing and how much input they did or didn't need from me. Super friendly, did an excellent job and great pricing. Will definitely use their services again.
