David Moir and co. remodeled our very old kitchen in 2021. The final cost was in line with David's initial estimate and they got it done in 6 weeks. David answered my calls and emails throughout the process. He also came up with some creative solutions to make the most of our relatively small gallery style kitchen. Overall, Moir exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone considering a remodel.

I would recommend David Moir to anyone. Very attentive and responsive. He produced a dozen or so different designs before we found the right fit for our kitchen. Got the remodel done faster than I expected, and under budget. His workers are great to work with too. I will go with Moir Construction for any future projects.

Moir Construction did truly excellent work rebuilding the roofdeck at our house. David Moir’s advice on materials resulted in a project that exceeds our expectations. The interior plastering and painting that his team did are very beautiful, as are the repairs to the exterior siding and door surrounds. We had hoped that our project would be straightforward—a leaking tile roof over a sunroom—but when extensive dry rot was discovered Moir’s team moved to do the required demolition and reconstruction without delay. They did not miss a beat. Everyone on the crew was a pleasure to work with. Every day they cleaned up their tools and the work site before leaving, and always arrived on time the next day. We compliment each and every one of the Moir crew. We offer our highest recommendations for Moir Construction to friends, family, and neighbors. When we have another remodeling project we will call David Moir.

These guys are awesome. I can't say enough about them. David Moir worked with me to get our back patio fixed. He came out a few times and gave us some ideas of what would and wouldn't work. The construction guys were professional, funny, and clearly knew what they were doing. They worked fast and hard and cleaned everything up nicely. David Moir was the only contractor that came out and followed through on giving me a bid. I was blown off by the other contractors. Thanks David!
