I contacted King's Way to help me repair my front porch, I had a couple stairs that needed to be fixed. Turns out, there was some hidden rotting and just damage going on underneath it all that would have caused a lot of trouble down the line. So without a lot of fuss we decided to get things done right and repair all of the busted parts. Now my porch could probably hold an elephant no problem, and is repaired even better than new. Giehl was very professional, unobtrusive, and upfront about the issues going on with my stairs/porch. He worked diligently and was communicative throughout the process. He patiently and clearly explained to me the additional issues that he found while working on the stairs; my questions were not brushed off or marginalized. Very positive experience for me and I will be using his services again!
